These yogurt pots are hands-down the easiest breakfast food to make in advance and set yourself up for the week ahead. They contain the perfect blend of protein, ‘good’ fats and something fresh and can also be made into a snack size for between meals.
Directions
Stir together all of the ingredients to combine and leave in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
Options
Just before serving, add a handful of raspberries and three or four brazil nuts, coarsely chopped.Slice a peach, roughly chop five or six toasted almonds and add a tablespoon of toasted pepitas (pumpkin seeds).Stir in tablespoon of shredded coconut and top with sliced banana, five or six chopped cashews and the grated zest of half a lime.
